Reminders from The Nurse's Office
Please make sure the student health history form is updated and accurate for your child.
Students must be fever free for 24 hours without the aid of medication before returning to school after an illness, vomiting, or diarrhea.
If a medicine needs to be administered at school, a child's legal guardian has to bring it to our school office and complete paperwork with our school nurse.
